We've got you covered

To support your practice through the continuing pandemic, the Bay Area medical societies are making available masks, gloves, and face shields to physician practices based on need. This protective equipment has been generously donated to us by Tencent and is free of charge.

These general protection masks are constructed of three, non-woven and meltblown fabric layers, able to filter pollen, bacterial particulates, and to prevent exhaling pollutants from the mouth and nose.

Extra-strong, powder-free TouchFlex™ Vinyl Premium gloves offer practical protection for many applications. The glove is 100 % synthetic and has good tactile sensetivity. This is an alternative for those suffering from Type I allergies.

These disposable face shields can help protect healthcare workers from droplet-borne sources of infection and are a critical form of secondary personal protective equipment (PPE).

We have received a generous donation of personal protective equipment (PPE) from the Tencent Charity Foundation We are making this equipment available, free of charge, to all physicians in the Bay Area, prioritizing  solo/small practices.

Based on guidance from physician leadership, once we receive your application, every effort will be made to equitably distribute our limited supply. After review, you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and request for conformation of the shipping address.

Please share this form with any independent solo/small practice physicians in your network. If you have questions, please send us an email.
